Breathwork is a way to therapeutically influence our emotional, physical and mental state by consciously controlling our breath.
By following specific breathwork sequences we have the power to dramatically improve our lives, feel calmer and more in control, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and improve our mood, sleep, focus and performance.
Breathwork enables our nervous system to repair and heal, putting it into the rest and digest phase. It’s a means of bringing ourselves back when stressors hit, allowing us to rest and recover.


What to Expect...

I will create a comfortable environment, so you feel safe & settled and I will guide you through a practice to ground you, a moment to arrive into the space

We will talk through the sequence, so you know what to expect and discuss any questions you have

I will guide you and honour what comes up as you breath, setting the pace that works best for you, so you get the full benefits from our session. The space is yours; you will naturally set the pace. You are always in control

When our session is done, I will gently bring you back to life’s normal pace through awareness of your body and senses
My goal for you is to bring Peace & Calm to your life. To teach you skills you can draw on anytime, anywhere and for free. Your breath can become a powerful companion as you navigate life. There is a safety, a security in knowing that your breath is available to you always, regardless of your environment. Now, just to learn how to unleash it’s potential & power.
